Opa’s, oma’s, ouders en kinderen: kom gezellig luisteren, lachen en meedoen tijdens Storytelling from India!

We duiken samen in kleurrijke verhalen vol fantasie, avontuur en vrolijke figuren. Kinderen luisteren niet alleen, maar doen ook mee met leuke, speelse activiteiten in allerlei Indiase talen, zoals Kannada, Tamil, Gujarati, Malayalam, Telugu, Oriya, Hindi, Bengali en Marathi.

Dankzij de samenwerking tussen de Bibliotheek Veldhoven, Bibliotheek Eindhoven en de Indiase gemeenschap vieren we samen taal en cultuur én ontdekken we nieuwe tradities uit India.

In juli en augustus is er geen Storytelling from India.

Praktische informatie

• Storytelling from India is bedoeld voor kinderen van 2 tot 9 jaar en hun (groot)ouders.
• Entree is gratis, wel graag vooraf even aanmelden. Dit kan door het bestellen van een gratis ticket via onderstaande knop.
• Bestel net zoveel tickets als het aantal personen dat deelneemt (volwassenen + kinderen).

Every month at Veldhoven Library, you can enjoy an hour of storytelling in one of the many beautiful languages spoken in India.

Grandparents, parents and children: come and listen, laugh and join in during Storytelling from India!

Together, we will dive into colourful stories full of fantasy, adventure and cheerful characters. Children will not only listen, but also participate in fun, playful activities in a variety of Indian languages, such as Kannada, Tamil, Gujarati, Malayalam, Telugu, Oriya, Hindi, Bengali and Marathi.

Thanks to the collaboration between the Veldhoven Library, Eindhoven Library and the Indian community, we celebrate language and culture together and discover new traditions from India.

Practical information

• Storytelling from India is intended for children aged 2 to 9 and their parents and grandparents.
• Entrance is free, but please register in advance. This can be done by ordering a free ticket via the button below.
• Order as many tickets as the number of people participating (adults + children).
